Premier Sports are the official kit suppliers to Brighton Cougars. The company was formed over 15 years ago and has built up a reputation for delivering excellent customer service to the sports industry including clubs, schools and universities. Located in a purpose built warehouse in Sussex, Premier Sports are delighted to be the suppliers to Brighton Cougars.  

Stock:
Whilst we hold a small amout of stock, most of the items are ordered on demand, hence the 15 day turnaround. In the unlikely event of there being stock issues, we will contact you with an alternative delivery date or recommend an alternative size. We general like to supply orders completed, so there can be an occasional delay, however most orders are processed within 10 working days. 

Delivery: Our deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail on a 48 delivery service. You will receive a "Your order has been shipped" email when your order is about to be despatched, you will then receive your order within 48 hours. Unless requested, packages DO NOT HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR, however you can request a safe storage option. 

Returns:
Most of the items available in this shop cannot be returned as they are uniquely customised for Complete Academy. Therefore please ensure you order the correct size, help is available by the sizing tab above. If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us in the first instance. If we are able to accept the return, then simply send the item to us IN IT'S ORGINAL PACKAGING with a copy of your invoice clearing showing what product/size you now require.
